The Pfizer Board: Audit Committee Financial Experts
The Pfizer Board of Directors has determined that the following members of the Audit Committee—Mr. Cornwell, Mr. Burns and Ms. Nora Johnson—is an "audit committee financial expert" for purposes of the SEC's rules.
The Board of Directors also has determined that each of the members of the Audit Committee is "independent," as defined by the rules of the New York Stock Exchange.
